2001 — Launch
I founded a skills-development and management advisory firm.
We started on the front lines, sales, customer service, and management, turning training from a side activity into a performance lever.
We worked with major players in oil and investment to hard-wire results into daily operations.

2003 — Engineering Management
Through a partnership with Alliance (US), we designed operating structures and business plans. We served 200+ clients across banking, oil, insurance, retail, automotive, and telecom, assigning a clear owner and decision right to every critical process so we could measure what matters and improve what we measure.

2008 — From Measurement to Automation
We launched performance measurement, mystery shopping, and competitive benchmarking, then automated the toolchain so reports became execution cues. We scaled institutional performance programs across the middle-east.

Impact Initiatives

  • With Shell International, we launched Intilaqa Syria, enabling 500+ entrepreneurs to enter local and international markets.

  • With ICT associations, we built capabilities for hundreds starting SMEs in technology.

  • With the American University of Beirut, we delivered an Executive Development programs that connects role clarity to business outcomes.

2012 — Strategic Rebase
Amid regional shifts, we moved activity to Malaysia, partnering with MATRADE and MIHRM. We delivered development programs for public entities from Libya and Oman, hosted in Türkiye and Malaysia to ensure operational continuity and safe execution.

2015 — Expanding into Real Estate and Education
We entered real estate marketing in Türkiye, then expanded to Egypt and Dubai via trusted local partners.
In 2024, we became a reliable partner in education & development with leading universities across Europe, the US, and Canada, converting ambition into a clear study-and-career plan.

2025 — The Group’s Home Base
We returned to Syria under Next Move Group as our head office, unifying systems, teams, and markets.
